THE MAIRA EDIT – RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

All abayas purchased from **The Maira Edit are made to order specifically for each customer's order**.

For this reason, **all orders are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference or other customer preference reasons.**

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product information, measurements, colour options and our **Size Guide** before placing an order.

Once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

As our products are made to order, we do not accept:

* Returns
* Size exchanges
* Product exchanges
* Change-of-mind cancellations
* Refunds for incorrect size selection by the customer
* Refunds because a customer no longer wants the item

Please ensure that you select the correct size and review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Our no-return and no-exchange policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable UAE consumer protection laws in relation to products that are **damaged, defective, materially different from what was ordered, or supplied incorrectly by us**.

If you believe you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery**.

Please provide:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
* Photographs of the packaging, where relevant

We will review the matter and, where the claim is verified, provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. This may include repair, replacement, correction or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order.

Please review our Size Guide and product measurements carefully before purchasing.

Because each abaya is made according to the customer's order, **an incorrect size selected by the customer does not qualify for a return, exchange or refund**.

If you are uncertain about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

COLOUR & APPEARANCE

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the display settings of your device.

Minor variations that do not constitute a defect are not grounds for a return, exchange or refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed, orders **cannot be cancelled once production has commenced**.

If you have made an error in your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been confirmed.

By placing an order with The Maira Edit, you acknowledge that our abayas are **made to order** and that you have reviewed the product information, sizing information and this Returns & Exchanges Policy before completing your purchase.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable United Arab Emirates law.
